Meet Our Newest Team Members

Meet our two newest team members hired on in the newly created mid-managers positions.  The ARC staff and Missionaries see the need for further staffing development  and they were very impressed by the work ethic Peter and Ezekiel demonstrated during their student days at LICC.  After working with board member Matt Crawford for several months on a staffing grid and position alignment, when Peter and Ezekiel graduated the fiscal plan along with the management plan was in place to bring on new hires. Here is more information about each young man.

SEPTEMBER ADDITIONS

An Ending And A Beginning

While there is always plenty of activity at the ARC when the students are around the action increases.  On the left we have Marthaline, graduating senior, shows off the corn from her thesis research project. Her corn was some of the healthiest and tallest corn we've ever seen here at the ARC.

On the right we have Anita who is starting her senior thesis research project. It should not be so difficult to get chicks, but we have literally been praying and working at this for months!!! Thank God our farmer friend was able to bring some from Ivory Coast last night. Anita will be looking at how the fermentation of feed affects digestibility and growth. Can't wait to hear from her in 6 weeks
